Carrie Underwood Dazzles Massive Rogue Music Fest Crowd

Carrie Underwood took the stage as the headliner at the Rogue Music Fest, captivating the audience with a mix of new hits and timeless classics. The country music superstar delivered an unforgettable performance that left the crowd singing and dancing into the night.

With an estimated attendance of 12,000 to 15,000 people, the festival seemingly saw a larger crowd than the previous day, setting the stage for an electrifying atmosphere. Brothers Osborne, known for their energetic rock-infused country sound, had the audience on their feet and moved some to dance in the aisles with their exceptional performance.

Helen Baker, the Director of the Rogue Music Fest, expressed gratitude to the Southern Oregon community for their overwhelming support and turnout. “Thank you Southern Oregon” Baker enthusiastically told Medford Alert when asked about the festivals overall outcome so far.

The weather for the festival was slightly cooler, with temperatures around 70 degrees when Carrie Underwood graced the Bi-Mart Main Stage. The pleasant weather enhanced the overall experience for concert-goers, adding to the enjoyment of the day.

While it is too early to officially announce the return of the festival in 2024, Rogue Music Fest organizers are optimistic. Once the numbers are tallied, more information will be provided, potentially after the upcoming Jackson County Fair. Excitement is already building as potential sponsors for the 2024 festival are eagerly inquiring about participating.

In addition to Carrie Underwood and Brothers Osborne, other notable performers at the festival included Sawyer Brown, Tenille Townes, and Frank Ray. Their exceptional talents contributed to the diverse and dynamic musical lineup that entertained the enthusiastic crowd throughout the day.

The Rogue Music Fest continues to be a highlight of the Southern Oregon music scene, showcasing top-tier artists and providing an unforgettable experience for music lovers.
