SALEM, Ore. (Jun. 11, 2026) — A network outage affecting multiple Oregon state government agencies has disrupted several services operated by the Oregon Department of Transportation, officials said Thursday.
According to ODOT, the outage has taken TripCheck, the agency’s Commerce and Compliance Division services, and a range of Department of Motor Vehicles operations offline. The disruption includes DMV call centers, self-service kiosks, the DMV2U online platform and services at DMV field offices across the state.
The outage could also impact the live streaming of the Oregon Transportation Commission meeting, ODOT said.
Agency officials stated they have contacted vendors responsible for the affected systems, and efforts are underway to identify the cause of the outage and restore services as quickly as possible.
No estimate was immediately available for when services would return to normal.
Motorists planning to visit a DMV office or access online services are encouraged to monitor official ODOT communication channels for updates regarding the outage and the restoration of services.
