MEDFORD, Ore. (Mar. 21, 2026) — A regional transportation provider is expanding its footprint in Southern Oregon with the launch of a new intercity bus route next month.
Pacific Crest Bus Lines announced it will begin daily service between Eugene and Medford in April, offering seven-day-a-week service aimed at commuters, travelers and residents visiting family across the Interstate 5 corridor.
The route will include stops in Eugene, Cottage Grove, Sutherlin, Roseburg, Seven Feathers Casino Resort, Grants Pass and Medford, providing a new north-south transit option through the Willamette Valley and Rogue Valley.
Company officials said reservations for the service will be available soon.
Pacific Crest Bus Lines operates fixed-route and charter bus services throughout the Pacific Northwest, with multiple locations in Oregon and Washington and a network connecting more than 20 cities. The company is also a contracted operator for the Oregon Department of Transportation’s POINT intercity bus system, which helps link rural communities with major transportation hubs.
Based in Central Oregon, the company provides a range of transportation services including daily routes, private charters and government or military transport, and maintains offices in cities such as Eugene and Portland. Buses are equipped with safety technology and operated by commercially trained drivers meeting federal standards, according to the company.
The new Eugene-to-Medford service adds to existing routes connecting communities such as Bend, Coos Bay and Portland, and is expected to improve regional connectivity in an area where intercity transit options can be limited.
Officials say the expansion is intended to provide a reliable and comfortable alternative to driving, while supporting travel and economic activity across Southern Oregon.
