
Medford, Oregon- The Medford Police Department is actively investigating a pair of drive-by shootings that occurred over the weekend in northeast Medford and is asking the public for assistance in identifying a suspect vehicle.
Authorities say the shootings took place during the early morning hours of Friday, July 26, and again on Saturday, July 27, in the 3600 block of Carnelian Street, near Owen Drive. While no injuries were reported, residents discovered evidence of gunfire that struck a residence on Sunday morning.
Police have released a description of the vehicle believed to be involved. It is described as a blue Dodge pickup equipped with chrome running boards, five-spoke chrome rims, and chrome door handles.
Detectives are now seeking video footage or any information related to the vehicle’s presence in the area during the early hours of July 26 and 27. Anyone with information is urged to contact Detective Ford directly at 541-840-1202.
The investigation remains ongoing.
