Crash Closes US-199 Near Selma, Expect Delays

Selma, Oregon- One lane of U.S. Route 199 is closed following a crash that occurred approximately one mile south of Selma, near milepost 20.79, according to transportation officials.

Emergency crews and road workers are currently on scene managing the situation. Officials warn drivers to expect delays and note that a full closure of the highway remains possible depending on cleanup and recovery efforts.

Motorists are urged to use caution while traveling through the area and to watch for personnel and equipment working along the roadway.

No information has been released regarding the number of vehicles involved or whether there were any injuries.

Authorities have not given an estimated time for full reopening of the highway. Updates will be provided as they become available.
