Central Point, Oregon- The 2025 Jackson County Fair attracted nearly 50,000 visitors to the Jackson County Expo, setting new records in attendance, entertainment, and community impact, organizers said.
Paul Maurer Shows reported an increase in midway ride participation compared to last year, signaling a strong return of carnival fun for all ages. Concert ticket sales also topped 2024 numbers, with Christian rock band Skillet drawing 5,300 fans — one of the largest concert audiences in recent fair history.
Agriculture events posted standout results. The Jackson County Junior Livestock Auction generated nearly $3 million in sales across three auctions, which organizers said reflected the community’s ongoing commitment to supporting local youth in agriculture.
Food sales also saw growth. The addition of larger vendors helped drive an 8% increase over last year, offering fairgoers an expanded menu of flavors.
“The Jackson County Fair continues to grow as a celebration of our community’s culture, talent, and traditions,” Fair Board Chair Jim Teece said. “From the rides and concerts to the livestock auctions and incredible food, this year truly had something for everyone.”
Expo officials thanked attendees, vendors, sponsors, volunteers, and staff for contributing to what they called a resounding success. Planning has already begun for the 2026 Jackson County Fair, which organizers promise will bring even more family-friendly attractions.
