
Medford Police Officers are currently on scene at the intersection of N. Pacific Highway and Howard Avenue, responding to a serious collision involving a motorcycle and a vehicle. The incident has prompted significant traffic disruptions, with both north and southbound lanes on N. Pacific Highway reduced to single lanes. Authorities are advising motorists to seek alternate routes to avoid congestion in the area.
According to initial reports, the collision resulted in serious injuries to the motorcyclist, who has been transported to the hospital for medical treatment.
In response to the crash, the Serious Traffic Accident Reconstruction (STAR) Team, in collaboration with the Central Point Police and the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office, has been deployed to the scene to conduct an investigation. The involvement of multiple law enforcement agencies highlights the complexity of the situation and the need for a comprehensive examination of the circumstances surrounding the crash.
