GRANTS PASS, Ore. (Jul. 30, 2026) — The Grants Pass Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a man wanted on multiple felony charges following a series of incidents Thursday morning.
Police are searching for 36-year-old Anthony Teal, who is wanted on charges including robbery, unauthorized use of a vehicle (UUV), attempting to elude police, strangulation and menacing.
According to investigators, Teal fled from officers on foot in the 1600 block of Leonard Road and remains at large.
Police described Teal as 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing approximately 270 pounds, with green eyes and a beard. He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, black shorts and black shoes.
Authorities are urging the public not to approach Teal if he is seen. Anyone who spots him is asked to call 911 immediately and provide his location so law enforcement can safely take him into custody.
The investigation remains ongoing. Additional information is expected to be released at a later time by authorities.
