LANE COUNTY, Ore. (Dec 8, 2025) — A Klamath Falls woman was killed and two passengers, including an 8-year-old girl, were critically injured Friday after a single-vehicle crash on Highway 58, according to Oregon State Police.
Troopers responded around 2:14 p.m. on Dec. 5 near milepost 51, where a westbound Audi Q5 left its lane for unknown reasons, crossed the eastbound lane and struck a dirt embankment, investigators said.
The driver, 37-year-old Jessica Nicole Ingoglia of Klamath Falls, was not wearing a seatbelt and died at the scene, OSP said.
Two passengers — Clifford Gary Ingoglia, 37, of Klamath Falls, was also unrestrained and suffered critical injuries. An 8-year-old female juvenile was also reported injured in the crash —both were transported to a nearby hospital.
The highway was partially closed for about two hours during the investigation, and the cause of the crash remains under review.
Oakridge Fire and EMS assisted OSP at the scene.
