Two Men Found Dead in Klamath County, Investigation Underway

Klamath County, Oregon- Deputies with the Klamath County Sheriff’s Office are investigating after two men were found dead from apparent gunshot wounds Thursday evening.

At 5:03 p.m. on Sept. 18, deputies were dispatched to the area of Kodiak Lane on a report of an unresponsive person lying on the ground near a vehicle. Responding deputies later located the vehicle on Whitetail Lane, where they found two men in the vicinity. Both were pronounced deceased at the scene.

The Klamath County Major Crime Team has been activated to investigate. The team includes the Klamath County Sheriff’s Office, Klamath Falls Police Department, Oregon State Police and the Klamath County District Attorney’s Office.

Authorities say the investigation is ongoing and are asking anyone with information to contact the Klamath County Sheriff’s Office.
