Structure Fire Erupts at Low-Income Housing Complex on Biddle Road

Medford, Oregon- Multiple Medford Fire crews responded Thursday morning to a structure fire at a low-income apartment complex in the 2200 block of Biddle Road, between Morrow Road and Crater Lake Highway.

The fire was first reported at 10:47 a.m., according to officials. The building, formerly the Ramada Inn, has since been converted into affordable housing units.

Authorities are urging the public to avoid the area and use alternate routes while firefighters work to contain the blaze and ensure public safety.
