Procare Solutions Relocates from Downtown to Northeast Medford Location

Medford, Oregon- Procare Solutions has vacated its long-standing office space in the One West Main Building in downtown Medford, relocating its operations to a new office in northeast Medford. The move involves nearly vacating over 20,000 sqft of Class A office space, which is now available for lease.

Procare Solutions’ new office is located at 2045 Cardinal Avenue, Suite 300.

In a statement to Medford Alert, the company explained the decision to relocate:

“This location is better suited to our business needs as we continue to grow and attract talent. It’s a newer office building that is closer to dining and shopping areas, as well as to highway and freeway access. Our growth continues in our number of employees and in the number of child care centers we serve, and we are hiring! Although we are headquartered in Denver, the city of Medford is a vital part of our company’s history as well as our current operations, and we look forward to continuing to be a part of the community.”

The former Procare Solutions space, located on the second floor of the One West Main Building, is now available for lease or sale. The 30,964-square-foot unit includes 19,016 square feet of finished and furnished office space, 9,972 square feet of cold shell space, and 1,976 square feet of common areas and bathrooms. The One West Main Building, which houses Pacific Retirement Services on the third floor and Rogue Disposal on the fourth floor, features modern amenities and a private parking garage with covered parking for employees and staff.

The company says this move reflects Procare Solutions’ continued expansion, both in staffing and the number of child care centers it serves.
