Medford, Oregon- A serious motor vehicle accident involving a bicyclist has prompted authorities to divert traffic at the intersection of W. Jackson Street and N. Columbus Avenue.
As of 5:00p, emergency crews are currently on the scene, responding to the incident and conducting an investigation. No additional details about the condition of those involved have been released at this time.
Authorities are advising drivers to avoid the area and use alternate routes to minimize congestion and allow emergency personnel to work efficiently.
In a statement, officials expressed gratitude for public cooperation, saying, “Thank you to everyone for your patience and cooperation. Please drive safely!”
