Eagle Point, Oregon- Crater Lake Highway (OR-62) is currently closed at Milepost 13, near Ball Road, north of Eagle Point, following a vehicle collision. Authorities have reported that this may be an extended closure.
Drivers are advised to use alternate routes or follow detour signs to bypass the affected area. Law enforcement and road crews are actively managing the scene.
Officials urge motorists to exercise caution, particularly near detours and the crash site, as workers are present in the roadway.
Updates on the highway’s reopening will be shared as they become available.
UPDATE: Highway 62 has fully reopened.
