Medford, Oregon- Pacific Power is currently aware of a power outage in the southeast area of Medford. As of 5:05p, there are a total of approximately 54 customers without service.
Pacific Power reports they have crews on scene working on the primary outage. The cause of the outage is listed as “damaged equipment”. A nearby resident in the area told Medford Alert they heard a “loud explosion” just prior to their home losing power.
At this time, there is no estimate for restoration of services.
Medford Alert will continue to monitor this outage and provide updates as they become active.
UPDATE: Power has been restored.
