7:50p UPDATE: Interstate 5 Exit 11 southbound: both SB lanes are closed south of Ashland after a crash under the railroad trestle involving two commercial trucks carrying wood products (plywood and particleboard). Estimated time of clearing one lane is about 2 hours. Southbound detour is being set using Exit 14 to Tolman Creek Road to OR 99 and back on I-5 southbound. Expect delays and congestion until crash debris is cleared
7:30p: Heavy traffic congestion in the area. Use detour if possible or wait until scene is cleared.
