CalFire firefighters are at the scene of an overturned commercial vehicle fire that has also ignited a 3/4 acre vegetation fire at NB I-5 & Bridge Bay.
Officials say that forward progress of vegetation fire has been stopped.
All northbound I5 traffic into Oregon was being held at Fawndale. The closure was for approximately 1 hour.
Officials say traffic is now being let through on northbound I-5 at Fawndale. The #2 lane remains closed in the area of the incident.
