“Mid-Level Methamphetamine Supplier” Arrested by OSP

On April 6, 2022, members of the OSP Drug Enforcement Section in the Southwest Region team concluded an investigation initiated earlier in 2022 by executing a search warrant in the 1400 block of Raydean Drive, Grants Pass, Oregon. Joseph William Gargano, (51) had been identified as a mid-level methamphetamine supplier in Southern Oregon.

During the execution of the search warrant, law enforcement seized the following:

201.8 grams Methamphetamine

16.4 grams Heroin

13 Fentanyl Pills

78 pounds of processed Marijuana

4 Firearms

Ammunition

Digital Scales & Drug Packaging Material

Garbanzo was lodged in the Josephine County Jail on charges of Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine), Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana), Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine), and four counts of Felon in Possession of a Firearm.

Additionally, Tommie Kevin Muchmore, (64) and Tammie Jean Muchmore, (57), were both contacted at the residence and arrested on charges of Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine) and Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine). They were also lodged in the Josephine County Jail.

Two additional subjects were contacted at the residence and found to have multiple outstanding arrest warrants. They were taken into custody as well and lodged in the Josephine County Jail.
