The area roughly bounded by W. Main, N. Ross, Newbridge, and Oak Grove, will possibly see another multi-resident building go up soon.
Developers, JJS Investment Properties, are planning to present their plans for a 19,000+ sqft building. The three-story structure will house 16 apartments and provide more work-force and market-rate housing for the fast growing westside of Medford.
That area has already seen tremendous growth with the additional of several larger scale complexes over the past few years. Some of the notable building projects recently completed include the Orchard Glen Estates, Newbridge Place, and Darlington Townhomes.
The proposed units are a combination of two and three bedrooms. There are five units on the ground
floor, seven units on the second floor and four units on the third floor. Parking for 32 vehicles in a combination of covered parking area and a surface parking are proposed.
If approved, the project may begin construction as early as Spring 2022. This is a developing story, and we will update as the project moves through the city channels.
