MEDFORD, Ore. (Oct. 1, 2026) — Northgate Marketplace is expected to become home to Southern Oregon’s first Paris Baguette bakery café, bringing the rapidly expanding international chain to Medford.
The Paris Baguette location is planned for a roughly 3,503-square-foot storefront next to Le Nails & Spa, just east of HomeGoods and Marshalls at Northgate Marketplace.
The bakery café is expected to open late 2026 or early 2027.
Northgate Marketplace is an approximately 260,000-square-foot shopping center located along Northgate Avenue in NW Medford. The center is home to a variety of national and local retailers, restaurants and service businesses.
Paris Baguette is known for its selection of freshly baked breads, pastries, cakes, sandwiches and coffee. The company describes itself as a neighborhood bakery café, with locations offering products ranging from croissants and baguettes to cakes, specialty coffee and other baked goods.
The chain has expanded rapidly in recent years, with locations across the United States and internationally. Paris Baguette was founded in South Korea in 1945 and has grown into a global bakery café brand, with thousands of locations worldwide.

The company’s U.S. locations typically combine a bakery, café and casual dining experience. Menus can include pastries, croissants, breads, cakes, sandwiches, salads and coffee beverages, depending on the location.
The planned Medford location would be the first Paris Baguette in Southern Oregon and would add another national food and beverage brand to Northgate Marketplace.
Additional details about the Medford location, including an exact opening date and operating hours, are expected to be announced closer to the opening.
