MEDFORD, Ore. (Feb. 10, 2026) — Rogue X has expanded parking at Howard Memorial Sports Park as construction continues on new recreational amenities aimed at accommodating growing visitor demand.
A 150-space gravel overflow lot has opened along the west side of the facility, providing immediate additional parking. Logos Public Charter School’s 154-space lot at the east entrance is also available to the public on weekends, after-school hours and during summer months, officials said.
In the coming months, a 90-space paved lot is expected to open on the northeast side of the complex near the in-progress replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall in Washington, D.C.
Construction is also underway at Lithia & Driveway Pickleball Park, where three of five concrete pads have been poured. The 19-court pickleball complex, along with a four-court sand volleyball facility, is scheduled for completion by early summer.
Additional improvements planned at Howard Memorial Sports Park include three youth ballfields with batting cages and a neighborhood park adjacent to the war memorial. The park is in advanced design and engineering stages, with construction expected to begin later this year.
