

MEDFORD, Ore. (Feb. 6, 2026) — A single-vehicle rollover crash on Springbrook Road sent one person to the hospital Friday evening and temporarily shut down part of the roadway, according to Medford police and fire officials.
The crash was reported at approximately 6:03 p.m., prompting a response from Medford Police Department officers and Medford Fire Department crews. Emergency responders arrived to find a vehicle that had rolled over and sustained significant damage. Firefighters worked to extricate the driver from the vehicle before the person was transported by ambulance to a local hospital with injuries that were described as non-life-threatening.
Authorities said the crash caused damage to several trees along the roadway, adding to cleanup and recovery efforts. As a result, one lane of Springbrook Road between Cedar Links Drive and Delta Waters Road was closed to traffic while crews worked to remove the vehicle and clear debris from the scene.
Police urged motorists to avoid the area if possible and thanked the public for their patience as emergency personnel worked to safely reopen the roadway. No additional details about the cause of the crash were immediately released, and the incident remains under investigation.
UPDATE: The roadway is now open to traffic.
