Sauder has served as interim chief executive since July and has been part of the leadership team since 2023. She joined Providence Medford as chief financial officer, bringing more than 30 years of experience in health care finance.
Before joining Providence, Sauder held senior leadership roles at Yakima Valley Memorial Hospital, where she served as chief financial officer and vice president of special projects.
