Crash on OR-62 Near White City Causes Major Delays During Evening Commute

White City, Oregon- A crash on Oregon Highway 62 south of White City caused significant traffic backups Wednesday afternoon, authorities said.

The Oregon Department of Transportation reported the crash occurred in the eastbound lanes near milepost 5.77, at the junction with the Rogue Valley Expressway. Traffic was heavily congested in the area, with delays expected to continue through the evening commute.

Motorists were advised to seek alternate routes if possible while crews worked to clear the scene. No immediate details were released about injuries or the number of vehicles involved.

Drivers were urged to use caution and plan for extended travel times in the area.
