Grants Pass, Oregon- A Grants Pass man was arrested Friday on multiple sex crime charges following an investigation by the Oregon State Police.
David Brian Scott, 50, was taken into custody on the morning of July 18 in the 600 block of SW Balsam Road in Grants Pass. He is currently lodged in the Josephine County Jail.
Scott faces several felony charges, including first-degree rape, three counts of first-degree sodomy, first-degree unlawful sexual penetration, attempted sodomy, and third-degree sexual abuse.
Authorities have not released further details about the investigation but are asking anyone with additional information about Scott to contact the Oregon State Police Southern Command Center at 1-800-442-2068 or by dialing *OSP (677) from a mobile phone. Callers should reference case number SP25-340600.
All suspects are believed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law
