
Medford, Oregon- The Medford Police Department’s Missing Persons Unit has updated information in connection with an ongoing missing persons investigation involving a local woman and her two children.
Nicole Caldera and her children, Trinidad Victorino and Kadian Deeds-Malcom, were reported missing on April 8, 2025. Authorities have expressed concern for the safety of the children due to Nicole Caldera’s documented history of drug use.
The family was last known to be traveling through Cave Junction on April 1, 2025. Investigators believe they may be heading toward Crescent City, California, or another coastal location. They also have known connections to Alvena, California.

They are believed to be traveling in a brown 2002 Chevy Blazer. The vehicle may display Oregon license plate ZYA851. Police note that the group has previously switched license plates. Nicole may be accompanied by her husband, JR Caldera.

The case has been designated as Missing Person Case 25-5769. The Medford Police Department is urging anyone with information about their whereabouts to contact the department’s Missing Persons Unit immediately.
Updates will be released as more information becomes available.
UPDATE: Authorities say they have been located and are safe.
