Medford, Oregon- A full-service hotel property, described as the largest in Medford, has been listed for sale. The Biddle Road site, located near the North Medford Interchange at Interstate 5 and Highway 62, spans over five acres and includes more than 117,000 square feet of building space.
The four-story Rogue Regency Inn & Suites, includes 203 rooms, meeting and banquet facilities, a restaurant and bar, an indoor pool, spa, fitness center, guest laundry, and a local shuttle service. The property is not affiliated with any hotel brand or management company and is locally owned .
Development of the property took place in phases between 1989 and 2000. Prior to the North Medford Interchange Project in the early 2000s, the site also included an attached strip mall with entrances from Bullock Road, before being demolished.
According to the listing on the commercial real estate site, LoopNet, the current asking price is $14,000,000.
Additionally, the hotel has seen no changes in operations and is expected to remain open during any future ownership transition.
