Medford Police Seek Assistance in Locating Missing 12-Year-Old

Medford, Oregon– Authorities are actively searching for Samuel Wayne Zuber, a 12-year-old boy who was reported missing late Saturday evening, December 21.

Samuel was last seen at approximately 10:37 PM in the vicinity of Columbus Avenue and Second Street. According to Medford Police, he is described as 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighing 125 pounds, with blonde hair, blue eyes, and a distinct scar on the bridge of his nose. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a tan or grey shirt and jeans.
