Medford, Oregon- Oregon 99 is closed in south Medford due to a crash near Garfield St as authorities say this may be an extended closure.
Follow detours or use an alternate route.
Expect congestion in the area, including Interstate 5, exit 27. Use caution; watch for emergency responders.

9:00P UPDATE: Oregon 99 remains closed in both directions at this time. Avoid the area if possible.
11:30P UPDATE: All lanes are now open on Oregon 99. Use caution as congestion is still expected while traffic begins to move again.
