Talent, Orgon- Multiple power outages in the south Medford, Talent, Phoenix, and Ashland areas has resulted in traffic signals failures, prompting authorities to advise caution and patience from motorists.
With signals rendered dark, drivers are reminded to treat intersections as four-way stops until power is restored.
The outage, affecting approximately 14,268 customers as of 11:45a has led to potential delays in the affected regions. The outage was first reported shortly before 11:23a this afternoon.
Authorities urge residents to exercise caution and adhere to traffic safety guidelines until normal operations resume.
Pacific Power has crews on scene investigating the outage. There is no current listed cause of the outage. Estimated time for full service restoration is before 8:30p.
