Southern Oregon’s Phoenix and Talent Show Remarkable Resilience Post-Almeda Fire
Following the devastating 2020 Almeda Fire that ravaged Phoenix and Talent, destroying approximately 2500 residences, the latest PSU estimates indicate these communities are on a path to recovery. Both cities are experiencing positive year-over-year growth, defying the challenges posed by the catastrophic event.
