Longtime central eastside shopping center, Bear Creek Plaza, is now up for grabs, for an initial asking price of $22,850,000.
The 188,759 sqft Bear Creek Plaza, boasts a 76% occupancy rate, and has a long history in the area as a busy shopping district. The three anchor tenants, Bi-Mart, Big Lots, and Dollar Tree, have been integral to the center’s success since 1977, 2000, and 2000, respectively.
Previously, the center also was home to an Albertsons market, but it closed after the opening of a new larger location on N. Phoenix Rd around 2001.

Marcus & Millichap’s Brown Retail Group, who is marketing the center notes that the property includes six free-standing buildings in total.
According to the retail group, the 16.93 acre Bear Creek Plaza’s listing has already generated substantial interest within the real estate community.
The center also includes nearly 42,000 sqft of currently empty, available space. The previous tenant of that Bear Creek Plaza building was TJ Maxx, which vacated their longtime location after relocating to the Medford Center recently.
