The Expo Prepares for Annual BoomFest Fireworks Show

In just six days, the skies above the Jackson County Expo will be filled with vibrant colors and dazzling lights as it hosts the highly anticipated annual 4th of July BoomFest Fireworks show. This spectacular event, made possible by the generous support of the City of Central Point, has become a cherished tradition in the region for nearly two decades.

The Expo grounds will transform into a haven for celebrating Independence Day safely with friends and family, offering a mesmerizing display of fireworks that will light up the night sky. Parking gates at the Expo will swing open at 7:00 p.m., providing ample time for visitors to arrive and enjoy the festive ambiance before the main event. Fire District 3 will host a public fireworks Launch Zone from 7:00 to 9:30 p.m., conveniently located near the Rogue Valley Family Fun Center. Attendees are invited to bring their own legal fireworks to add to the spectacle, creating a joyful atmosphere as they join together with loved ones to witness the night sky ignite in a symphony of radiant colors.

At approximately 9:40 p.m., the fireworks show will commence, lighting up the surrounding area and capturing the attention of all nearby residents and visitors.
