A pre-application has been submitted to discuss plans for the construction of a new medical office building in the N. Phoenix Road area. The proposed project, situated on a single parcel spanning approximately 7.66 acres at the southeast corner of Hillcrest Road and Phoenix Road (3270 Hillcrest Road), aims to provide a modern healthcare facility for three separate medical practices.

The planned medical office building will encompass two stories and boast a total floor area of approximately 10,000 square feet. The development forms part of a larger undertaking at the bustling intersection of North Phoenix Road and Hillcrest Road. As of now, the ongoing development includes the forthcoming construction of a medical office building for the Southern Oregon Neurological Surgery Association (SONSA), a project that has already received approval from the city.
The construction of this medical office building is anticipated to contribute to the healthcare infrastructure in the N. Phoenix Road area, enhancing access to quality medical services for the southeast Medford community.
Please note that this pre-application is an initial step in the planning process, and subsequent approvals and permits will be required before construction can commence. Updates on the progress of the project will be provided as new information becomes available.
