Currently, Pacific Power is reporting a number of scattered outages in Jackson County. Combined, about 13,300 customers are without power.
Estimation of service restoration is expected early tomorrow morning. The estimates are subject to change however.
At this time the cause of the outages are listed as “damaged lines.” Pacific Power has a number of crews working on restoring power tonight.
Residents affected by the power outage are urged to remain patient as Pacific Power works to rectify the situation. In the meantime, it is advisable to take necessary precautions and utilize alternative sources of light and power if available.
10:00P Update: Power has been restored to all but approximately 1300 customers.
Final Update: Service has been restored to all impacted customers.
