
The Josephine County Sheriff’s Office has provided an updated timeline of the search for the missing woman.
6/6/23 5:21pm: Reported missing. Josephine County Sheriff’s Office Search and Rescue (SAR) units
activated and joined deputies in search until 11:00pm. Teams activated with SAR were 1 UAV team with thermal imaging, 3 SAR K9’s (GPPD Otis unavailable), 8 ground and road searchers, and 6 SO deputies.
6/7/23: Search continued for 10 hours with 9 SAR members, including their ground team, 2 SAR K9’s and 1 road team.
6/8/23: SAR expands search to wider area for 6 hours with 8 SAR members, including 1 ground team, 2 SAR K9’s and 1 ATV.
6/9/23: California – Oregon Search and Rescue (CORSAR) activated with 28 members for 10 hours
with assistance from Jackson, Douglas, Coos and Siskiyou County’s SAR teams including 5 SAR
K9’s, 1 ATV, 1UAV, 2 mounted searchers (horseback) and 1 fixed wing aircraft.
6/10/23: SAR search for 7 hours with 4 SAR K9’s.
6/11/23: SAR search for 5 hours with ATV team.
6/12/23: CORSAR activated with 16 members for 10 hours with assistance from Jackson and Douglas
County’s SAR teams with 4 SAR K9’s and SAR rope/rappelling teams.
6/13/23: As of this update, her whereabouts are still unknown.
