At approximately 4:31p today, multiple fire agencies were dispatched to the Avenue E area of White City for a reported fire.
Upon arrival, the fire was quickly upgraded to a second and third alarm bringing in resources from around Southern Oregon.
Jackson County Sheriff’s are on scene evacuating homes in the area due to the fire threat.
5:45P Update: This fire is under control and officials state there are no longer any evacuations in place.
