Later this month, the Medford Planning Commission will hear a proposal for a 15-building housing complex near Providence Medford Medical Center (PMMC) in East Medford.

The plans call for the complex to be built off the 1200 block of Covina Ave. Current plans outline 15 individual three-floor structures, that would essentially each be fourplexes.
If this projects gets approval, the next step for developers would be a review by the Medford Site Plan and Architectural Committee (SPAC), prior to any building permits being issued.
This is very early on in the process, Medford Alert will update as there is additional information.
