Isabella may be with her parents – Betty Villalobos Reyes and Andres Sebastian Francisco. The family has numerous relatives here in Oregon who all say that they haven’t seen or spoken to the parents or child since October 2022. The family may also have relatives in Alabama and Tennessee. The family has several relatives in Mexico. She is not currently enrolled in school.
