Jackson County Fire District 5 (JCFD5) and Ashland Fire Rescue (AFR) members are currently working a residential fire on First Street in Talent. The fire was originally called into 911 Dispatch at 7:37a.
There are no reported injuries and the fire has been contained to one structure. Units will be on scene throughout the morning. Authorities ask the public to avoid the area.
Officials have not stated the cause of the fire at this time.
JCFD5 also thanked the Talent Police Department the Medford Firefighters Department for assistance.
