Longtime Jackson County resident and Hollywood actor, Patrick Duffy, has relisted his expansive Eagle Point area property for sale.
The original listing, included a number of secondary lots, failed to sell at the original $14,000,000 asking price. Cascade Hasson Sotheby’s have now separated some lots for individual sales. However, the main Rogue River adjacent “Duffy Ranch” property remains intact, with an updated asking price of $11,000,000. The property boasts over 320 acres and a 15 acre island on the Rogue River.

Patrick Duffy has been a Hollywood icon for years, and is best known for his roles in Dallas and the ABC sitcom Step-by-Step. He has resided in Southern Oregon for more than three decades.
