On Thursday, March 23, at 11:34p.m., Portland Police Bureau (PPB) officers responded to a report of a shooting at a bar in the 7000 block of Southeast Foster Road. When they arrived they located a victim in the parking lot. Officers applied trauma first aid to the victim until paramedics arrived to take over advanced care. The adult male victim was transported to the hospital by ambulance where he was treated. He later died at the hospital.
A short time later, another shooting victim, an adult male, arrived by private vehicle at a hospital with a non-life threatening gunshot wound. Officers responded and learned that he was also shot outside the bar.
No suspect or suspects were immediately located and no arrests have been made.
