AT&T has reported a network service outage impacting their ability to deliver their customers 911 calls – instead they are routing them to the ECSO non-emergency business lines.
AT&T customers needing 911 services will have to TEXT 911 or call the ECSO business line 541-776-7206 option #6.
AT&T has not identified the cause of their outage and do not have an eta for repair.
This is currently affecting AT&T customers only. No additional information is available at this time.
UPDATE: ECSO says the issues appears to have been fixed. They are receiving incoming 911 calls from AT&T customers once again. The cause of the outage is still under investigation.
