Back in July of 2022, Medford city officials were presented plans for a new coffee shop near the corner of Biddle and Airport Roads.
The plans called for a nearly 1600 sqft building that would house, locally owned, Royal Coffee Roasters. The building design also has a drive-thru attached. A secondary 1200 sqft retail building is planned to be built just to the west of the new coffee house, for a later phase.
The project successfully passed through all the required city channels, and work has started on the site that will eventually house the coffee house.
Royal Coffee Roasters has seven outfits either currently operating or opening soon from the Las Vegas area and into Utah. They also operate a coffee truck in the Medford area. Currently, the new business is projected to open in Spring 2023.
