Currently, Pacific Power crews are responding to a power outage in northwest Medford.
There are approximately 707 customers without power at this time.
There is no confirmed cause, as Pacific Power is still investigating the outage.
Pacific Power is estimating full restoration of services by 5:00p tonight.
Multiple traffic signals are out as a result of the outage. The OR99 corridor is experiencing heavy congestion at this time. Use caution and treat all affected intersections as a 4-way stop.
An accident on N. Riverside is believed to be the cause of the outage. A truck has run into at least inexpert pole causing the interruption.
2:05p UPDATE: Power has been restored to all but 253 customers at this time.
