Pacific Power is currently aware of a power outage in the west Medford area. As of 2:15p, there are approximately 1842 customers without service.

Pacific Power reports they have crews on scene working on the outage. There is no current estimate as to when power to affected customers will be restored. There is no current cause of the outage as Pacific Power is still investigating.
With high temperatures approaching 110 today, affected residents can take advantage of a free cooling center downtown, doors open at noon.
2:42p UPDATE: 759 customers remain without power currently. Estimated time to restore service is before 4:30p.
3:10p UPDATE: Service has been restored to affected customers.
