Statewide Alert Issued for Missing 4-Year Old Child and Mother

Bianka Evenson, age 4, went missing with her mother Monika Jones from Portland on July 8. The Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS), Child Welfare Division believes that Bianka may be at risk and is searching for her to assess her safety.

ODHS asks the public to help in the effort to find Bianka. Anyone who suspects they have information about the location of Bianka or Monika Jones should call 911.

They are believed to be in the Southeast Portland and spend time around the unhoused encampments at Laurelhurst Park and Sewallcrest Park.
