A pre-application has been submitted to Medford city officials to discuss a proposal for the construction of a new four-story hotel at the northeast corner or Bidde Road & Lawnsdale Road.
This project will add approximately 122 rooms to the fast growing Biddle Road- MFR corridor. This hotel is expected to be around 73,000 sqft and be branded a “Home2 Suites by Hilton”. It will be just over 50 ft tall.
If approved, construction could begin mid-spring. This project would be within a short walking distance to the Medford Airport Terminal and offer another extended stay lodging option for travelers.
