Chick-fil-A has made plans to submit a pre-application to discuss a proposal for the construction of a new restaurant with dual drive thru lanes on a portion of a single parcel totaling approximately 5.44 acres.
The property is located within the Stewart Meadows Village at the northwest corner of Highway 99 and Garfield Street. It would be located directly north of the a new Panera Bread restaurant currently under construction. This would be the second Medford location, with a currently operating restaurant at the Northgate Office Park.
