GRANTS PASS, Ore. (Feb. 23, 2026) — Rogue Community College is offering a three-part Supervisory and Leadership Bootcamp in March aimed at strengthening skills for current and aspiring leaders across Southern Oregon.
The in-person workshop will be held March 3, 10 and 17 from 2 to 5 p.m. at the college’s Redwood Campus in Grants Pass. The program is open to professionals in business, nonprofit and public sector organizations.
According to the college, participants will take part in interactive sessions focused on real-world leadership scenarios designed to build confidence and practical skills. Topics will include the guiding principles and roles of supervisors and leaders, change management, stewardship of organizational brands, team and performance management, and employee development.
“Strong leadership is essential in every sector,” said Lisa Parks, RCC’s dean of business and workforce development. “This bootcamp is ideal for professionals ready to grow their leadership capacity and support organizational success.”
The cost is $225 per person and includes all materials. Registration is open through Monday, Feb. 23.
